Custom Bed Room Furniture

The bed pictured here also required some special engineering.  The city required a 2nd egress from this 2nd story bed room.  The access is behind the bed.  The bed and headboard are on some very large castors allowing it to be rolled out from the wall in case of emergence.  The stretched fabric panels behind the bed are bordered with a solid maple strip that matches the cabinets and bed.  The AV equipment that interfaces with the TV is located on the night stand cabinets beside the bed.  The curved headboard allows for comfortable reading or TV viewing while seated in the bed.
